Asphalt Mixing Plant Perth

As the experts in asphalt mixing and production, Roads 2000 currently operate two Voyager 120 ASTEC mobile asphalt manufacturing plants right here in Perth. Our asphalt mixing plants located in Wangara and Neerabup have produced asphalt for the major North Link infrastructure project and helped facilitate numerous projects in the Perth metro area.

Both asphalt plants are capable of producing 120 tonnes of asphalt per hour and are equipped with an ASTEC “Green Foam” injection system, allowing them to produce warm mix asphalt as well as standard hot mix asphalt.

Our mobile plant produces high-quality warm and hot mix asphalt with excellent reliability, meaning our plants can service any area around Perth and Western Australia.

The Roads 2000 production team can produce all varieties of specialty mix designs from our asphalt plants, including:

• Dense Grade
• Stone Mastic Asphalt
• Laterite Mix
• Mix designs that require a Polymer Binder oxide additive, or recycled asphalt and more
