Quality Asphalt Production for Your Next Project
Our asphalt production is a multi-step, refined and carefully monitored process that takes place at one of our main asphalt plants based in Perth or one of our mobile plants.
After safety checks and maintenance, the plant is prepared and the asphalt production process gets underway. The plant has a wide range of settings available depending on the project requirements.
The base mineral materials for each asphalt mix (or ‘aggregate’) are loaded into feed bins before being mixed, dried and combined with a binding agent to form the final asphalt product.
While the product is being manufactured, we monitor all weights, temperatures, and textures carefully. Once the asphalt production is complete, the finished product is then loaded onto our fleet of trucks and ready for use.
We undertake consistent testing to confirm the plant settings and mix type performance.
Once complete, the plant is carefully shut down. We regularly service our asphalt plants to ensure the best performance.
